Information on your device

The app stores settings, game progress, music practice and reading observations on your device. It does not require an app account, use a microphone or show advertising. We do not send your progress or practice records to Cyber Labs servers. This website is separate from the app; its data practices are described in the Cyber Labs Solutions privacy policy.

Settings, progress and reading history remain on your device until you delete them in the app or remove the app, subject to separate device backups. Depending on your device and settings, your operating system may include app data in a device backup. Backups are managed through your operating system or backup provider; deleting data inside the app does not delete separate backup copies.

Purchases

Full Grove is an optional one-time purchase handled by the app store on your device. Free features do not require a purchase. The app does not request or store your payment card or bank details.

Android and Google Play

The app and Google Play process purchase history, including the product, purchase reference and purchase status, to provide, verify, restore and acknowledge Full Grove access. This information is transferred to Google Play for app functionality; Google encrypts its data transfers in transit. Google Play maintains transaction records under Google’s privacy policy. Cyber Labs may also access transaction information through Google Play’s developer order reports for purchase support.

The app may refresh an existing purchase automatically when it starts. This refresh cannot be turned off in the app. Android may retain encrypted purchase verification evidence locally so the app can recognize a verified purchase.

iOS and the App Store

Apple processes App Store transactions and maintains purchase records under Apple’s privacy policy. The app uses the store’s purchase and restore features to recognize Full Grove access.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include so we can respond. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

Your choices

Open Settings, select “Delete progress and settings” and confirm to remove saved progress, settings and reading history from that device. A setup marker and, on Android, cached purchase verification evidence may remain. Clearing Android app data or uninstalling the app removes its local records. These actions do not refund a purchase, delete an app store’s transaction history or remove separate device backups. We do not provide a mechanism to delete Google-held purchase history; manage store records and privacy requests through the store’s own controls and support.
