Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company, project details, support messages, and app feedback. Future apps may collect product-specific information described in each app's store listing or in-app notices.

Website analytics and cookies

On cyberlabs.solutions we use PostHog, a product analytics service hosted in the United States, to count page views and clicks on calls to action and to run tests of website copy. PostHog stores an identifier in a cookie or browser storage so that visits from the same browser can be counted together. Analytics record the page address, page title, referrer, and campaign parameters in the address, such as utm_source. We do not use session recording or automatic capture of everything you type on this website.

Our contact form events record only the options you select, such as your timeline or team size, whether you entered a company, and the approximate length of your message. They do not record your name, email address, company, or message text. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website still works without them.

Contact form

When you submit the project inquiry form, your name, email address, company, selected options, and message are sent to HubSpot, which we use to manage inquiries. If a HubSpot cookie (hubspotutk) is present in your browser, it is sent with the form so HubSpot can link the inquiry to earlier visits. The form asks for your consent before it is submitted.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide support, operate and improve our products, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about Cyber Labs products or services when appropriate.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, email, hosting, analytics, app distribution, or customer support, and when required by law or to protect rights and security.

The service providers for this website are Cloudflare (hosting, security, and cookie-free traffic statistics), PostHog (analytics), and HubSpot (contact form and inquiry management). Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not send your IP address to a font provider. App stores such as the Apple App Store and Google Play process information under their own privacy policies when you download or buy an app.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for the information we handle. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, accounting, or operational reasons.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing info@cyberlabs.solutions. To delete an account in a Cyber Labs app, follow the steps on the account and data deletion page.

Apps

Each Cyber Labs app discloses the information it collects in its App Store privacy details and Google Play data safety section. If an app collects information this policy does not describe, we will add an app-specific section here before the app is released.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page and the "Last updated" date when this policy changes.
