Email info@cyberlabs.solutions with “Parlor Alibi” in the subject. Tell us your device, operating system version and what happened. Please leave out passwords, payment details and other sensitive information.
Start a round
Gather 3–8 people and use one shared phone. Add distinct player names, choose your packs and deal. Each player checks their own card, hides it and passes the phone. Clues, discussion and guesses are spoken at the table; the app does not listen to your microphone.
Reveal and hide
Hold to peek at your private card, or choose “Reveal my card” for the tap alternative. Hide it before passing. If the card stays covered after an interruption or layout change, bring the app back to the foreground and use the covered resume controls.
Sounds and readability
Public sounds and haptics can be changed in Settings. Private-card handling stays quiet. The game follows system text size, and Table view makes public text larger with less decorative artwork.
Names and play history
Names and round history are saved on the device. In Settings, “Clear names and play history” ends the session and removes that local play data. Purchases are kept separately; this control does not refund a purchase or erase a store’s purchase history.
Purchase help
The planned US release includes a free 30-round Starter Kit. Full Club is an optional USD $4.99 one-time unlock that adds 150 rounds across five more packs, bringing the authored catalog to 180 rounds. There is no subscription. Round eligibility depends on table size.
Purchases and restores need an internet connection. Use Settings → “Restore purchases” with the store account used to buy the unlock. Restore responses can arrive after the request finishes. If access still does not appear, tell us which store you used and what the screen says. Apple and Google purchases do not automatically transfer between stores.
