Coastlight Solitaire · App privacy
Privacy along the coast.
How Coastlight Solitaire handles local game progress, store purchases and the troubleshooting reports you choose to share.

About this policy
Cyber Labs Solutions, LLC develops Coastlight Solitaire for iOS and Android. The game is being prepared for release. This policy covers the app separately from the Cyber Labs Solutions website privacy policy, which describes this website’s analytics, service providers and contact handling.
Game data on your device
Puzzle attempts, move histories, retained best and latest routes, completion scores, restored coastal details and preferences are stored locally. The game does not require a Cyber Labs account and has no Cyber Labs backend or progress-sync service. We do not use the game for advertising or behavioral analytics.
Progress is local to that app installation. Restoring purchase access does not restore puzzle progress or move progress between devices.
Store purchases and payment details
The optional one-time unlock uses the store for your device. The app uses purchase and entitlement information supplied by Apple or Google to verify access, restore a purchase and finish store confirmations. This can include product and transaction identifiers, purchase status and verification information.
The store handles checkout, the store account, payment and refund requests under its own terms and privacy practices. Payment-card details entered in store checkout are not provided to the game. Store transaction history is separate from local puzzle progress and the app’s local purchase cache.
Android and Google Play
Google Play Billing and its supporting services process purchase history to check ownership and confirm purchases. Normal app startup and returning to the foreground refresh purchase status, including for an existing purchaser. This processing is required for app functionality and is separate from optional troubleshooting or the choice to make a new purchase.
For Google Play data disclosures, purchase history is treated as collected and shared for app functionality. It is not processed only ephemerally: verified ownership information can be cached locally, and Google maintains store transaction records.
The app does not provide a mechanism for Cyber Labs to delete Google’s transaction history. Local deletion removes the app’s cache, not records held by Google. Store records follow the provider’s account, legal and retention practices; we do not promise a fixed retention period. See Google’s privacy policy and your Google account controls.
iOS and the App Store
The iOS app verifies purchase access on the device using Apple’s StoreKit transaction information. We do not run purchase-verification servers, and the app does not automatically send gameplay or purchase records to Cyber Labs. Apple separately handles its store account, transactions and payment services under Apple’s privacy policy.
User-chosen reports and support email are separate from this normal on-device app behavior and are described below.
Optional troubleshooting that you choose to share
Local troubleshooting is optional. Its temporary in-memory log records coarse storage and purchase status. A report preview includes the app version, content version, platform, operating-system version, broad device family and those status entries. The typed report does not include puzzle moves, account credentials, raw purchase proof or an evaluation access code.
The log is limited to 200 entries and expires after seven days while held in memory. Turning troubleshooting off, deleting local app data or ending the app process clears that local log. There is no automatic diagnostics upload. You preview a report before choosing whether and where to share it through the device’s share controls.
Sharing creates a separate copy with the destination you choose. Email or another destination may retain that copy under its own practices. Clearing the app’s log does not remove a copy you have shared.
Temporary reviewer evaluation
Disclosed reviewer evaluation uses separate temporary in-memory progress. It grants no store ownership and does not alter normal progress. Exiting evaluation or closing the app discards that session. The entered evaluation code is not saved in progress or included in troubleshooting reports.
Backup controls and local deletion
The app marks its normal save directory as excluded from iOS backups and disables Android app-data backup and transfer. These controls do not let the app erase copies already held by an operating system, a store or a destination you chose.
Reset local progress clears game progress. Delete all local data also removes local preferences, recovery copies, temporary troubleshooting data and the app’s purchase cache. Neither action deletes Apple’s or Google’s transaction history, changes the store account or requests a refund. There is no Coastlight app account to delete. The support page explains these controls.
Support correspondence and privacy questions
If you contact support, we receive the message, your contact details and any material you choose to send. Support correspondence is handled separately from local game data. Use ani.rafyan@cyberlabs.solutions for privacy questions or requests about correspondence you sent us. Our public office number is +1 858-585-4445.
Local app controls cannot remove copies held in email or another service. This policy does not promise a fixed deletion period for store records or support messages held outside the app.
