Bread around
your day.
A sourdough planner and private loaf notebook. Make room for hands-on work, record what you observe and keep the details you want to remember.
Explore the appA plan you can inspect
Start with the day you have.
Mark your available time
Choose a target slicing time and the windows when you can be in the kitchen. Review a proposed plan that separates hands-on tasks from rests.
Bring your observations
Record actual times and your own readiness observations. The clock does not make dough ready; Loafline cannot measure fermentation or determine food safety.
Review changes before accepting
When timing changes, inspect a revised plan before you accept it. Your notebook keeps the actual events you have already recorded.
Keep the story of each loaf.
Save notes, selected photos, actual event times and personal formula versions in a local notebook. Look back at what happened and what you would like to change next time.
- Optional local reminders for planned tasks.
- User-directed export and validated backup restore.
- No app account, advertising, runtime AI or app cloud-sync service.
Operating-system backups are separate from app cloud sync and may include iOS app data. Exported backups are unencrypted, so choose where to save and share them carefully.
The baker stays in charge.
Loafline is a planning and record-keeping aid. It cannot inspect ingredients, measure readiness, establish food safety or control an oven or other appliance. Reminders and estimated times do not replace direct observation or appropriate food-handling and equipment guidance.
The full app is the intended release scope. Its built-in recipe profiles remain unreviewed editorial drafts while qualified review and real test bakes are arranged. No reviewed, tested or safety-approved recipe claim is made.
The planned US launch
The planned release is a free download with five completed bakes included; the sample bake does not use this allowance. After that, a USD $19.99 one-time unlock lets you start further bakes. There is no subscription.
Your existing records, current bake, help, export and restore remain available. The app is still in development; no store purchase is available yet. The store must show the applicable offer before you buy.
