Loafline support
Help with plans, notebooks and local backups. Loafline is in development; final recipe review and actual test bakes are pending.
Contact us
Email ani.rafyan@cyberlabs.solutions. Include your app version, device model, operating-system version, what you expected and what happened. If there is an error, include its wording.
Please leave out passwords, payment details, raw purchase tokens and private notebook content. A backup can contain your notes and photos; you do not need to attach one to an initial support message.
What does pre-release mean?
The full app is being prepared for iOS and Android. Built-in recipe profiles are editorial drafts, with qualified baking and food-handling review, versioned corrections and at least nine genuine documented test bakes still outstanding. There is no public release date or download link on this site.
A plan does not fit my day
Check your target slicing time and available kitchen windows. A proposed plan may be unable to fit those constraints. If you change timing, inspect the revised tasks and rests before accepting a new plan. Estimated timing does not decide whether dough is ready.
Record what you actually observe. If you have a concern, pause and consult appropriate food-handling or equipment guidance. Support cannot assess the safety of a loaf from an app timer or a photo.
A reminder did not appear
Reminders are optional local notifications. Check Loafline’s notification permission and your device’s notification, Focus or Do Not Disturb settings. Device settings can affect delivery and what appears on the lock screen. Keep your own watch over time-sensitive kitchen tasks.
Where are my notes and photos?
The app keeps its notebook locally rather than in a Cyber Labs account. There is no app cloud-sync service. A different device does not automatically have the same notebook. Operating-system backups are a separate mechanism; iOS backups may include app data depending on your settings.
Choosing a photo creates a local app copy; it does not remove the original from your photo library. Removing an app record does not remove copies you have separately exported or shared.
Exporting and restoring a notebook
Keep an export before moving or removing app data. Exports are unencrypted and can include notes and selected photos. Save them only to destinations you trust. A cloud drive, email app or other destination you choose applies its own privacy and retention policies.
Restore uses a validated Loafline backup. If the app rejects a file, keep your original copy and contact support with the error wording and app version. Avoid repeatedly replacing data while an issue is being investigated.
Purchase and restore questions
The planned initial US launch includes five completed free bakes, then a USD $19.99 one-time unlock to start further bakes. There is no subscription. Existing records, the current bake, help, export and restore remain available. No Loafline purchase is offered on this website, and no store purchase is available yet.
For a future store purchase, use that store’s account and restore controls. Apple and Google purchases do not automatically transfer between stores. Restoring a purchase is separate from restoring notebook data. The store handles its checkout and refund process.
Privacy and deletion
There is no Loafline app account to delete. Erasing local records removes notebook records and app-owned photos while purchase access and the consumed free-bake allowance remain separate. Exported copies, device backups and store purchase records have their own controls. See the Loafline app privacy notice for the current data-flow description and contact options.
